A few honest notes, because they come up: delivered orders carry a £50 minimum spend plus delivery, and deck chairs have a minimum quantity that depends on where the event is and what else is on the van. The tables are working hire kit - we wipe them down between hires, but for a smart do we’d suggest tablecloths, which venues expect at those events anyway. And the flooring lives on the ground, so it comes back clean but not pristine. None of that is a problem if you know it going in.

Do you set the furniture out for us?
Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are part of the hire, and the crew lays the chairs and tables out to your plan - rows for an audience, tables around the edge for a party, a deck chair row facing a stage. If the venue has given you a floor plan, send it over and we’ll work to it. Collection is the same day unless you’ve booked overnight hire.
How far in advance should I book?
Summer Saturdays and the December party season go first, so six weeks is comfortable and earlier is safer for orders in the hundreds of chairs. Outside those peaks, same-week and next-week hires are usually fine, especially across South Yorkshire where our vans already run every day.
