Massage Chair Hire
Full-body electric massage chairs for staff wellbeing days, offices and gyms, from £449 for a week per chair. Amazon has run month-long hires of them. Add-on item.
Tables, Flooring and the Package Route
The tables go out with the chairs, and the flooring goes under both when the ground is soft. The package at the end is the shortcut if you’d rather not build the order line by line.
Canteen Folding Tables Hire
1800 x 685mm aluminium folding tables, 13kg each, wipe-clean tops. One person can carry and set one up in seconds, and they work on every surface. £7.50 ex VAT per table per day.

Roll a Track Flooring
Green snap-together flooring that goes under the furniture on grass, mud or gravel. Around 16m2 per £120 lot, and one of our crew lays about 70m2 an hour. Add-on item.
Party Marquee Hire
The all-in route: a 4.5 x 3m marquee, with options adding flooring, then tables and chairs, then sound and lighting, then party lighting and heating. From £89 plus VAT.

A few honest notes, because they come up: delivered orders carry a £50 minimum spend plus delivery, and deck chairs have a minimum quantity that depends on where the event is and what else is on the van. The tables are working hire kit - we wipe them down between hires, but for a smart do we’d suggest tablecloths, which venues expect at those events anyway. And the flooring lives on the ground, so it comes back clean but not pristine. None of that is a problem if you know it going in.

Do you set the furniture out for us?
Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are part of the hire, and the crew lays the chairs and tables out to your plan - rows for an audience, tables around the edge for a party, a deck chair row facing a stage. If the venue has given you a floor plan, send it over and we’ll work to it. Collection is the same day unless you’ve booked overnight hire.
Can I add tables and chairs to a marquee booking?
Yes, and it works out cheaper than pricing the lines separately. Option 2 of the Party Marquee Hire package adds foldable tables and chairs to a marquee with flooring underneath for £99 plus VAT for one marquee, £159 for two. Or add the furniture to any marquee, games or fun-food quote from the extras list and everything arrives on the same delivery.
How far in advance should I book?
Summer Saturdays and the December party season go first, so six weeks is comfortable and earlier is safer for orders in the hundreds of chairs. Outside those peaks, same-week and next-week hires are usually fine, especially across South Yorkshire where our vans already run every day.
