The Spot on Challenge is a two-player stop-the-light reaction game - a fairground-style cabinet rebuilt for hire. Each player takes a wired handset and tries to stop the fast-moving light exactly on the centre spot. Rounds last 30 seconds, the sound effects and catchy tune keep a run of players coming back, and the LED score display at the top gives everyone a high score to chase.
It's small for what it does - a 4ft x 6ft footprint standing about 8ft tall on its stand - which is why it slots into a standard 3m x 3m shell scheme and travels to exhibition halls like ExCeL London and NEC Birmingham without access drama. Indoors or outdoors, it runs on hard floor, artificial grass, concrete, grass, wood chip or a mix. Being electrical, we site it under cover or in the dry if rain is forecast. It's built for exhibition stands and trade show booths, but it's just as much at home at a corporate event, a fun day, a freshers fair, a wedding reception, a youth club night or a birthday party.
