Our large PA package is a 6K full rig (6,000 watts) that comes with a DJ or sound engineer as standard. The rig runs on JBL kit - speakers on poles over subwoofers, with a Yamaha desk at front of house - and the base setup includes 2 stage monitors, CD players, 2 wired microphones and 2 wireless handhelds. We'll swap a handheld for a head or lapel mic if the speaker needs to move around. The rig scales up or down, from a boardroom presentation to a 2,000-person outdoor corporate fun day.
What makes this different from a standard PA hire? The price includes a professional DJ or sound engineer for the duration of your event, doing the setup, the sound checks, the levels and the mixing - mic handovers and background music for corporate presentations, or the entertainment itself for parties and celebrations. Plenty of PA hire companies charge the engineer as an extra; here they're part of the package. If you'd rather run the kit yourself, our DIY PA and 800W Bluetooth Speaker cover the smaller setups.
We've been supplying PA and staging equipment across the UK for over 25 years, and PA hire is where this business started, back in 1999. We own and maintain 95% of our kit in-house from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, and we work in partnership with Staging Events on larger productions - together we've delivered events including the Alzheimer's Society Memory Walk, where we provided over 40 stages across the UK.

Works well with our stages
Most clients hire the large PA alongside one of our stages: a 3x3m mini stage for DJs and solo performers, a 4x4m event stage for presentations and awards, or a mobile trailer stage for outdoor festivals. For larger outdoor events we can spec a full line array PA system covering up to 3,000 people, and there are generators for fields with no mains.

Scaling Up or Down
The 6K rig suits most mid-size events. For larger outdoor events and festival stages we can supply a line array PA system (10K to 30K, covering up to 3,000 people outdoors). Smaller or dry-hire options: the DJ and compère package on the 4K rig, the medium EV ELX PA, or our Large EV ELX PA from £495.

Power
The rig needs a mains supply. If the site hasn't got one, we'll bring a generator on the same delivery.
Pricing
We quote this package per event, based on the venue, the hours, the rig spec and what the day involves. All prices are subject to VAT (20%), and there may be a minimum spend depending on your event location.
Delivery and Coverage
From our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, 5 minutes from the A1, M1 and M18. South Yorkshire is home turf - Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield - and we deliver across West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and nationwide, with regular runs to the NEC in Birmingham, Manchester Central and ExCeL London. Delivery charges may apply depending on location and hire duration.
