Our large PA package is a 6K full rig that comes with a DJ or sound engineer as standard. The base setup includes all speakers, 2 stage monitors, CD players, an 8-channel mixing desk, 2 wired microphones, and 2 wireless handheld mics (or swap one handheld for a head/lapel mic if the speaker needs to move around). We can also scale the rig up or down to suit your event, from a boardroom presentation to a 2,000-person outdoor corporate fun day.

We own and maintain 95% of our kit in-house from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, and we work in partnership with Staging Events Ltd for larger productions. That partnership has delivered PA and staging for events including the Alzheimer's Society Memory Walk, where we provided over 40 stages across the UK.
What makes this different from a standard PA hire?
The price includes a professional DJ or sound engineer for the duration of your event. They handle all setup, sound checks, levels, and mixing so you can concentrate on running your event. For corporate presentations they will manage mic handovers and background music. For parties and celebrations they bring the entertainment. Configurable to your event
Every event is different. We can add wireless microphones (handheld, headset, or lapel), additional speaker cabinets, disco and effect lighting, or a full line array PA system for larger outdoor events covering up to 3,000 people. Tell us the venue, the audience size, and what the PA needs to do, and we will put together a spec and quote.
Works well with our stages
Most clients hire the large PA alongside one of our stages. We supply a 3x3m mini stage for DJs and solo performers, a 4x4m event stage for presentations and awards, or a mobile trailer stage for outdoor festivals. One delivery, one crew, one invoice.

We supplied the PA and staging for the Maltby Vintage Gala, providing sound for Jayne Darling and other live artists across a full day of entertainment. This 6K rig suits most mid-size events. For larger outdoor events or festival stages, we can supply a line array PA system (10K to 30K, covering up to 3,000 people outdoors). For smaller events where you don’t need an operator, see our medium EV ELX PA or 800W Bluetooth speaker.
