Sheffield is our nearest city. Our warehouse is five miles up the M1, and we've built stages at Endcliffe Park, Hillsborough Stadium, Sheffield Arena, and Sheffield Hallam SportPark.
We hire modular deck staging from 3x3m up to a 6x8m mobile trailer stage. Everything in our stage hire range is stocked at our 25,000 sq ft Rotherham warehouse — five miles from central Sheffield, around 20 minutes via the M1. We deliver, build, and collect. Structural calcs, RAMS, and our £5 million PLI certificate are sent to your venue before build day, not on the morning of the event.
Stages We Hire
Three configurations cover most Sheffield bookings. For conferences, awards ceremonies, and exhibition-hall work we custom-build Intelistage to fit the footprint.

5-piece band and 15 singers. Wind and showerproof side walls for outdoor festivals and park events.
For indoor conferences, awards, and presentations the Intelistage 1x1m modular system locks together at 200mm, 540mm, or 725mm height. Load capacity: 900 kg/m².
Stage Hire for Sheffield Events
Sheffield is our nearest city. The warehouse is in Rotherham (S60), a straight run up the M1 to city-centre venues. We've delivered stages to Sheffield across parks, stadia, universities, sports clubs, and corporate HQs.
Parks and public events:

Sheffield's road network from the north-east (via the M1 and Parkway) means most city-centre venues are reachable in under 30 minutes from the yard. For overnight festival setups we can arrive the evening before.

Most stage bookings include at least one other item. We carry over 600 products in the Rotherham warehouse, so you can combine a stage with PA, lighting, power, seating, and activities on a single invoice from a single supplier. Everything arrives on the same delivery.

Mobile Trailer Stages
The 6x8m trailer stage and 7x6m trailer stage are self-contained — stage surface, roof, and side walls all arrive on a single trailer and set up in under an hour. No scaffolding, no separate roof rigging. Both work on grass and hardstanding without mains power to erect.
We've built the 6x8m trailer stage at Endcliffe Park twice with full PA, a sound engineer, and generator support for an all-day event. It's the right choice for Sheffield park events where setup time is tight and hardstanding is limited. The 7x6m gives 42 sq m of stage area when the footprint needs to be larger.
Stage Branding
Our in-house design team prints custom graphics for PA wing panels (£199) and bottom banners (£79). Our crew fits branding at setup and removes it at collection. Useful for corporate events at Sheffield venues (Twinkl-style all-company events, university product launches), for sponsor visibility at public park events, or for awards ceremonies where the stage needs to carry your brand. Design and print are handled in-house — no third-party printer to coordinate.

What paperwork do you provide?
Structural calculations, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS) are sent to your venue or H&S team before build day. We carry £5 million public liability insurance and employers' liability insurance, and we offer indemnity to principal cover when our staff are on site. PAT certificates for all electrical equipment are available on request. This paperwork has been approved by Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Hallam University, and corporate venue managers across the city.
Can you supply stages outdoors in bad weather?
Yes. The 6x6m Event Stage has wind and showerproof side walls. Mobile trailer stages have a built-in roof. For modular deck stages, we add a 3x3m or 6x6m stage canopy, or the inflatable canopy for quicker rigging. Sheffield's park events run rain or shine — we've delivered covered stages in light wind and rain without issue.
Can you supply a sound engineer?
Yes. For the Endcliffe Park bookings we supplied a sound person for the duration of the event alongside the 6 K PA system. If you're planning a band lineup, an awards ceremony, or a speaking event with live audio, a dedicated sound engineer is one of the cheapest ways to avoid on-the-day problems.
