Mobile Trailer Stages
The 6x8m trailer stage and 7x6m trailer stage are self-contained — stage surface, roof, and side walls all arrive on a single trailer and set up in under an hour. No scaffolding, no separate roof structure to rig. Both work on grass and hardstanding and neither needs mains power to erect.
We've delivered the 7x6m trailer stage for RMBC on Main Street as the main stage for a town centre event, with PA, a sound engineer, stage monitors, and an accessible ramp. The trailer format is the right choice when access is limited, when the build window is tight, or when the event footprint needs to stay compact. The 6x8m takes a 10-piece band and 25 singers; the 7x6m adds 42 sq m of stage area for larger festivals.
Stage Branding
Our in-house design team prints custom graphics for PA wing panels (£199) and bottom banners (£79). Our crew fits the branding at setup and removes it at collection. Useful for council events where a sponsor wants visibility, or for corporate events where the stage needs to carry your brand. Design and print are handled in-house — there's no third-party printer to coordinate.

Yes. The 6x6m Event Stage has wind and showerproof side walls as standard. Mobile trailer stages have a built-in roof. For modular deck stages, we add a 3x3m or 6x6m stage canopy, or the inflatable canopy for quicker rigging. Rotherham's winter light switch-ons and outdoor festivals run rain or shine — we've built covered stages in light wind and rain without issue.
How long does stage setup take?
A modular deck stage typically takes around 90 minutes to build. Mobile trailer stages set up in under an hour — the roof and stage surface unfold from the trailer, so there's no separate rigging. For festivals and multi-day events we arrive the evening before. We confirm the setup schedule with you in advance so your other suppliers know when the stage area will be ready.
