The Snatch It is a head-to-head reaction race built by Aquaventronics, an American amusement games manufacturer whose kit turns up at hire companies all over the world. Two players stand either side of the table with both hands resting on their start buttons. All five rods light up along the centre strip, then one of them suddenly goes dark. First player to grab that rod wins the round. Lift your hands too early and you lose it, because both hands have to stay on the buttons until the lights change.
Built-in sound effects count each round down and announce the winner, so once people step up the game runs itself. Rounds take around 15 seconds each, which means queues move quickly and a corporate fun day or works party can easily become a knockout tournament with dozens of people taking part. Add a leader board and the competition carries on running between other activities.
We hire the Snatch It out on its own for private parties and Christmas dos, or as part of a bigger lineup at corporate away days, team events and fun days. The rules are simple enough for children and quick enough that adults get competitive about it, and it sits naturally alongside Batak Pro and Strike a Light when you want a few reaction games together. If you're putting together a multi-game setup, we can quote a package price covering delivery, setup and collection under one booking. For exhibition work, our crews deliver games to the NEC in Birmingham, ExCeL London, Manchester Central and Telford several times a week.
Company branding
The unit takes branding well. Our in-house team designs, prints and fits graphics around your logo or campaign before delivery, then removes everything after collection. One of our units carries a full Samsung campaign wrap, if you want proof of what a finished job looks like. Options run from a printed top overlay at £125+VAT to a printed skirt at £149+VAT or a printed four-sided solid base at £175+VAT.
Every hire includes delivery, setup and collection by our own crew, £5M public liability insurance and risk assessments sent through before the event. 95% of the equipment we hire out is owned in-house and stocked at our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham.

We operate from a 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, five minutes from the A1, M1 and M18. Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield are all close by, with regular nationwide deliveries to Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, London and beyond. Europe-wide service is available for larger bookings, and delivery charges depend on distance and hire duration.
