Stages We Hire

Mini Stage 3x3m

5-piece band and 15 singers. Wind and showerproof side walls for outdoor park events, corporate fun days, and festivals.
For indoor campus events, conferences, and awards the Intelistage 1x1m modular system locks together to any footprint with 20cm base risers. Load capacity: 900 kg/m². Our long-running Leeds Beckett Headingley Campus bookings have been built around the same modular system.
Stage Hire for Leeds Events
Leeds is a 35 to 40 minute run up the M1 and M62 from the Rotherham warehouse. We've delivered across city-centre venues, university campuses, parks, Amazon fulfilment centres, and country-estate scout sites around the city.
Universities and campus events:
- Leeds Beckett University, Headingley Campus (LS6 3QT and LS16 5LF) — long-running modular Top Deck staging bookings for the outdoor athletics track, sports hall, and Church Wood areas. A 2019 delivery paired the modular deck with a large PA rig.
Parks and public events:
- Roundhay Park (LS8) — recurring summer bookings with a 3x3m stage canopy, Top Deck modular staging, 540mm stage steps, and a 6 Kva generator. Multiple summer weekends booked across 2017, 2018, and 2019 at the Park Avenue and Mansion Lane sides of the park.
- Temple Newsam Park (LS15 0AE) — repeat bookings, most recently with our Instagrid battery generator for low-noise power at a heritage-park event
Amazon fulfilment centres:
- Amazon DSA6 Methley (LS26 9DP) — three fulfilment-centre fun-day bookings. In 2023 we supplied a 3x3m mini stage alongside the dodgems. In 2024 we sent a 3x3m stage and canopy with four gazebos, 40 tables, 240 chairs, a 10 Kva and a 6 Kva generator, power distribution, and eight crew on site for up to four hours. In 2025 we stepped up to the 7x6m mobile trailer stage with dodgems, a simulator, two rides, jungle soft play, candy floss, gazebos, 150 chairs, and 35 tables.
- Amazon LBA5 Leeds (LS9 0DZ) — fulfilment-centre bookings in October 2024
Country-estate and scout sites:
- Central Yorkshire Scouts, Bramham (LS23 6ND, near Wetherby) — an 8x6m stage with a 10K line array PA, sound engineer, 20 Kva diesel generator, and effect-light bundle. One of the biggest stage rigs we ship into Leeds postcodes, running off independent power with no mains tie-in required.
From Rotherham we can reach Methley (LS26) in under 30 minutes, Headingley (LS6/LS16) and Roundhay (LS8) in about 40 minutes via the M1 and M621, and Bramham (LS23) in about 45 minutes up the A1(M). For long build days we arrive the evening before.

Mobile Trailer Stages
The 6x8m trailer stage and 7x6m trailer stage are self-contained — stage surface, roof, and side walls all arrive on a single trailer and set up in under an hour. No scaffolding, no separate roof rigging, no mains power required to erect.
We sent the 7x6m mobile trailer stage to Amazon DSA6 Methley for the 2025 fulfilment-centre fun day, alongside dodgems, rides, a simulator, gazebos, 150 chairs, and 35 tables. The trailer stage format is the right choice for Leeds park events and corporate sites where setup time is tight and hardstanding is limited. For campus-style builds with longer setup windows the modular Top Deck system stays more flexible — the Leeds Beckett Headingley rigs use 17 x 2x1m deck panels plus 1x1m modules locked together.
Stage Branding
Our in-house design team prints custom graphics for PA wing panels (£199) and bottom banners (£79). Our crew fits branding at setup and removes it at collection. Useful for the sponsor-led fun days at Amazon's Leeds sites, for university welcome events where SU or course branding needs to show, and for public park events where a council sponsor wants stage-visible recognition. Design and print handled in-house — no third-party printer to coordinate.
Weather Cover
Leeds outdoor events run year-round — Roundhay Park summer festivals, Amazon site fun days, Christmas light switch-ons, Remembrance Sunday. Weather cover depends on the stage:

Can you supply stages outdoors in bad weather?
Yes. The 6x6m Event Stage has wind and showerproof side walls. Mobile trailer stages have a built-in roof. For modular deck stages, we add a 3x3m or 6x6m stage canopy, or the inflatable canopy for quicker rigging. Our Roundhay Park annual bookings include the 3x3m canopy as standard — Leeds summer weather usually delivers at least one shower per festival day.
Can you run multi-site Leeds events?
