We hire modular deck staging from 3x3m up to a 7x6m mobile trailer stage. Everything in our stage hire range is stocked at our 25,000 sq ft Rotherham warehouse, five minutes from the A1, M1, and M18. Our booking records show 99 stage deliveries to Yorkshire postcodes, with 37 in the last 12 months alone. 42 sq m self-contained stage, grass or hardstanding, sets up in under an hour. This is what we deliver to Huddersfield Students' Union. Also in stock: the 6x8m trailer stage for bigger lineups.
For indoor conferences, awards ceremonies, and product launches the Intelistage 1x1m modular system builds to any configuration with 20cm base risers and taller options on request. Load capacity: 900 kg/m².

South Yorkshire
Our home territory. Sheffield is 10–15 minutes via the A630 or M1 J33. Rotherham is on our doorstep. Barnsley is 15 minutes up the M1 J36 (we've delivered a 4x4m stage to Woodleigh Events in Wombwell). Doncaster is 20 minutes east on the M18, where we've built a 6x4 stage at Hill House School and covered events at Hesley Hall. The cluster in Rotherham and Sheffield includes the RMBC Main Street council events, Endcliffe Park (two trailer stages), Hillsborough Stadium, Sheffield Arena, Clifton Park Museum (a 6x8m trailer stage across two days), and Wentworth Woodhouse.
West Yorkshire
Leeds is 35–40 minutes via the M1/M62. Wakefield is 25 minutes straight up the M1, Huddersfield is 30 minutes, Bradford 40 minutes. Named West Yorkshire deliveries:

The M18/M62 corridor reaches East Yorkshire in around 75 minutes. We carry over 600 products in the Rotherham warehouse, so you can combine a stage with PA, lighting, power, seating, fun food, funhouses, and activities on a single invoice from a single supplier. Mobile Trailer Stages
The 6x8m trailer stage and 7x6m trailer stage are self-contained — stage surface, roof, and side walls all arrive on a single trailer and set up in under an hour. No scaffolding, no separate roof rigging, no mains power required to erect.
We've delivered the 7x6m trailer stage to Huddersfield Students' Union three times for freshers-style events, paired with sky dancers and deck chairs. The 6x8m trailer has been our default at Endcliffe Park in Sheffield (two back-to-back bookings with PA, sound engineer, and 6kva + 10kva generators). The format is the right choice for West Yorkshire park events where build time is tight, or North Yorkshire country-estate events where hardstanding is limited.
Stage Branding
Our in-house design team prints custom graphics for PA wing panels (£199) and bottom banners (£79). Our crew fits branding at setup and removes it at collection. Useful for council events where a sponsor wants visibility, corporate fun days where the stage carries a brand, or university welcome events where the SU colours need to be on display. Design and print handled in-house.
Weather Cover
Yorkshire outdoor events run year-round — summer park events, Christmas light switch-ons, Remembrance Sunday. Weather cover depends on the stage:
- The 6x6m Event Stage has wind and showerproof side walls as standard
- Mobile trailer stages have a built-in roof
- For modular deck stages, add a 3x3m stage canopy, 6x6m stage canopy, or the inflatable stage canopy

How much does stage hire cost in Yorkshire?
Stage hire is bespoke. Price depends on stage size, build height, branding, setup complexity, distance, and whether you need staffing for the event. A 3x3m DJ podium for a school fête and a 7x6m trailer stage with PA and a sound engineer for a university freshers' event are very different jobs. From our Rotherham warehouse, South Yorkshire delivery is minimal; West Yorkshire is a straight M1 run; North and East Yorkshire are under 90 minutes. What size stage do I need?
A 3x3m mini stage is enough for a DJ, solo presenter, or prize-giving spot. A 4x4m fits a 3-piece band and 12 singers. A 6x6m event stage handles a 5-piece band and 15 singers with wind and showerproof walls. The 6x8m and 7x6m mobile trailer stages take 10-piece bands and 25 singers and set up in under an hour — the 7x6m is our default at Huddersfield SU, the 6x8m is what we use at Endcliffe Park. Call us with your lineup and we'll recommend the right size.
What paperwork do you provide?
Structural calculations, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS) are sent to your venue or H&S team before build day. We carry £5 million public liability insurance and employers' liability insurance, and we offer indemnity to principal cover when our staff are on site. PAT certificates for all electrical equipment available on request. This documentation has been approved by councils, universities, military procurement, and corporate H&S teams across Yorkshire.
Can you supply stages outdoors in bad weather?
Yes. The 6x6m Event Stage has wind and showerproof side walls. Mobile trailer stages have a built-in roof. For modular deck stages, we add a 3x3m or 6x6m stage canopy, or the inflatable canopy for quicker rigging. Yorkshire park events and Christmas light switch-ons run rain or shine — we've built covered stages across the region in light wind and rain without issue.
Can you run multi-site events?
Yes. We run Amazon fun days at multiple Yorkshire sites simultaneously (DSA6 Methley, LBA5 Leeds, plus further out-of-region locations), with our own fleet and crew splitting across venues on the same day. For a corporate buyer with sites at several Yorkshire locations, one supplier covers the lot.
