We hire modular deck staging from 3x3m up to a 7x6m mobile trailer stage, plus Intelistage modular platforms for indoor conferences and awards. Everything in our stage hire range is stocked at our 25,000 sq ft Rotherham warehouse, a straight run down the M1 to Nottingham. Build a Full Event Package

Mobile Trailer Stages
The 6x8m trailer stage and 7x6m trailer stage are self-contained — stage surface, roof, and side walls all arrive on a single trailer and set up in under an hour. No scaffolding, no separate roof rigging, no mains power required to erect.
For Wollaton-style country-estate events, Mansfield community fetes, or a large scale public event at the Newark Showground, a trailer stage cuts setup time to almost nothing and runs independently on a diesel generator. The format is the right choice when you need the stage ready before the doors open and don't want scaffolding on grass.
Stage Branding
Our in-house design team prints custom graphics for PA wing panels (£199) and bottom banners (£79). Our crew fits branding at setup and removes it at collection. Useful for corporate fun days (Amazon EMA2-style events), sponsor visibility at public park events, or retail activations like the Decathlon Giltbrook booking. Design and print are handled in-house — no third-party printer to coordinate.

What paperwork do you provide?
Structural calculations, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS) are sent to your venue or H&S team before build day. We carry £5 million public liability insurance and employers' liability insurance, and we offer indemnity to principal cover when our staff are on site. PAT certificates for all electrical equipment on request. Our paperwork is accepted by heritage venues, councils, universities, and corporate H&S teams across the East Midlands.
Can you supply stages outdoors in bad weather?
Yes. The 6x6m Event Stage has wind and showerproof side walls. Mobile trailer stages have a built-in roof. For modular deck stages, we add a 3x3m or 6x6m stage canopy, or the inflatable canopy for quicker rigging. The Wollaton Park booking included the 3x3m stage canopy — sensible insurance against a British summer.
Can you set up the day before the event?
Yes. The Papplewick booking on Moor Road was set up the day before, with PA wings rigged and chain blocks ready for load-in. For heritage-venue events, festivals, and any job where the stage needs to be soundcheck-ready before the doors open, arriving the evening before is usually a cheap insurance premium against on-the-day delays.
