Stages We Hire
Three configurations cover most stage jobs. For conferences, awards ceremonies and exhibition-hall work we custom-build the Intelistage modular system to fit the footprint; for outdoor events and festivals the deck staging and trailer stages take over. Most London hires are one of these three.
Mini Stage 3x3m
DJs, solo presenters, prize-giving. A 3x3m mini stage is enough for a DJ set, a solo presenter, or a prize-giving spot, and it ships with our crew for setup and collection.
6x6m Event Stage
5-piece band and 15 singers. Wind and showerproof side walls for outdoor park events, corporate fun days, and festivals.
For indoor campus events, conferences, and awards the Intelistage 1x1m modular system locks together to any footprint with 20cm base risers. Load capacity: 900 kg/m². The same modular system is our long-running setup for campus events, conferences and awards work.

The 6x8m trailer stage and 7x6m trailer stage are self-contained - stage surface, roof, and side walls all arrive on a single trailer and set up in under an hour. No scaffolding, no separate roof rigging, no mains power required to erect.

Our in-house design team prints custom graphics for PA wing panels (£199) and bottom banners (£79). Our crew fits branding at setup and removes it at collection. Useful where a sponsor wants visibility or the stage needs to carry your brand. Design and print are handled in-house - no third-party printer to coordinate.

London events run year-round - ExCeL and Olympia show runs, awards evenings and the city's outdoor events. Weather cover depends on the stage:

Can you run multi-site Leeds events?
Yes. Where the same client runs events at more than one London site on the same day, we split our fleet and crew across them - same supplier, same invoice, same crew coordinating the day.
