Exhibition Game Hire
DB Entertainment supplies over 40 exhibition and trade stand games for hire, from Batak Pro reaction walls and Prize Crane grabbers to Atari Pong tables, dance machines and twin racing simulators. We own all our equipment in-house, brand it to your company colours, and deliver it to exhibition centres across the UK in our own vehicles.
We’ve been supplying exhibition games for over 20 years. Regular delivery venues include the NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Manchester Central, Telford International Centre, Exhibition Centre Liverpool and the EICC Edinburgh. Clients include Amazon, Specsavers, Red Bull, Vodafone and the NHS.
What Makes a Good Exhibition Stand Game?
The best exhibition games are quick to play (30–60 seconds a turn), competitive (scores or leaderboards that pull people back), and small enough to fit a standard 3m×3m shell scheme. Most of our games run from a single 13A socket and take up 1–2m² of floor space, so they suit shell schemes and space-only stands alike.
Our most-hired exhibition games are Batak Pro (12-target reaction wall, from £495), Strike a Light (two-player table reaction game, from £395), Whack a Mole (head-to-head with tethered foam mallets, from £445) and Prize Crane (fill it with your branded prizes, from £495). All four can be branded with your logo.
Branding
Our in-house branding team produces custom graphics for most games. Batak back panels cost £99, the 12 target buttons £49, or both for £125. Other games take wraps and banners too - Whack a Mole takes a full cabinet wrap, and we’ve built branded units for Specsavers recruitment stands, Collect+ and Yodel parcel launches. Multi-Day and Multi-Site Hire
Exhibition bookings often run 2–5 days. We offer discounts for multi-day hire and can supply multiple units to different stands or venues on the same dates. We carry the UK’s largest hire stock of Batak games, so we can run simultaneous activations across several cities.
What’s Included
Every hire includes delivery, setup and collection by our trained team, £5 million public liability insurance, and risk assessments and method statements emailed to your venue before the event. We can also supply trained event attendants to run the games hands-free, so your stand staff can focus on talking to visitors. Invoicing with payment terms is available for corporate bookings.
Delivery
Our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham is five minutes from the A1, M1 and M18. Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield are routine runs. We deliver nationwide in our own vehicles and regularly supply exhibitions in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Nottingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow, with several deliveries a week to the NEC, Manchester Central, Telford and ExCeL alone.
